Samantha- Your Prezi was fantastic. It provided plenty of detail and illustrations to help demonstrate what you were talking about. I love the idea of using a Smartboard in my classroom and I have seen it used a lot. In my one classroom they use something called SmartMoves. The kids absolutely loved it. They would get to copy what the moves the person was doing on the Smartboard. It gave them a chance to interact with the technology and of course has some physical activity after sitting in those desks for so long. The activity you decided to use is also a great idea. I thought you did a good job on this and your ideas make you sound like you are going to be a tremendous teacher!
Nice use of the Prezi and thinking about ways to incorporate Smartboards. Unfortunately, not all the boards at North are Smartboards, the older ones aren't as interactive and don't have the "touch" technology. We were so happy to get these when they came out, didn't know there would be so much more neat stuff to come!
